We refer to your complaint concerning the company Dateyard AG.
Unfortunately, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO is neither entitled to act on behalf of individual complaints or private litigation nor to ask a refund of already paid money amounts.
Please be aware that we can only guide consumers, whereas they have to become active by themselves. We suggest the following steps:
If you concluded a contract:
1. Send a letter to the Dateyard AG to withdraw from the contract and explain that you will contest any further claims.
2. Inform the company who collects the money that the contract has ended and you do not have to pay anymore.
If you have never concluded a contract:
1. Send a letter to Dateyard AG and explain that there is no contract and that you contest the claim.
2. Inform the company who collects the money that there is no contract and that you contest the claim.
If the money is charged on your credit card, there is also the possibility to ask the bank for a new card and deactivate the old card. The new card will have a different card number, so it cannot be charged without knowing this number.
