Dear Mr. Quinones,
I considered IKEA Company as Company who is customer-oriented and provides the
highest quality services. I was shopping mostly all furniture in IKEA and was very satisfied.
Unfortunately, today I had to change my mind after my first on-line shopping and delivery into house.
I ordered 3 day ago 6 pcs wardrobes and immediately paid all amount. See attachment.
I was looking forward to hear from the call of the driver that he brought the goods according the promised delivery
conditions in delivery notes on 19.2.2021 from 13,00 to 17,00.
I was woundering as he said to arrived to the Invoicing adress instead of delivery
address. He only said that he ll discuss it with the dispatching. After 10 min. from his call I got only message, that I was not reach on the address. No one call me,
to explain me whats going on. I was all time home and waiting for him, even with another people to help me with montage.
I have decided to call the czech line to find out what is wrong. It took me almost 1 hour to get in contact
with Jana from customer care in IKEA, her code is JABEI. I was asking her to get full name, she refused. In second call i told her, she must me let know her code, which I found on net.
She promised me help and let me know about my order.
After next hour she didnt call me back as she has been promised and so I tried called again to IKEA, because
I was waiting from 13,00 o clock with staff to help me with montage at home. As I reach her again, she told
me that she cant reach the driver. I asked her about the cell no to comfirm of the driver.
She didnt know the phone no of the driver but she said that the driver cant delivery the goods. Even if it was
obviously, she did not call him. I was asking to get any manager of IKEA to talk. She said to me,
that there is no manager. This is reason why I am also writing to you, because you are probably the only manager of IKEA.
After I gave her no of the driver, because he was calling me before, (I tried even to call many time driver but he didnt answer phone) she told me to get back by 30 min with me.
I was trying to tell her that I have special ordered people to help me with
montage and we all waiting for the goods. As I told her, I found out your name as manager of IKEA of complains, she offered
me to no of complain in Czech 4321199 and discount of transport. Honestly this doesnt help me, if I have people here to wait.
The next delivery was after all this calls set up for 21.2.2021. It makes me realy problem because I have to order again people for montage.
In the attachment I am sending to you Invoice and Delivery Notes of the goods. The delivery address is on the
delivery notes in noties, because as it was told me, the IT system is not able to records different address and
delivery address. I am woundering, because it supposed be standart for on-line shopp.

If a consumer pays the purchase price for the goods, the selling party is obligated to deliver the goods. If the seller doesn't deliver the goods on time the parties agreed on, the selller falls behind with his duties. On condition that the parties didn't agree on time of delivery, the consumer may insist on the goods being delivered immediately. The seller is obligated to deliver the goods as soon as possible, in 30 days at the latest. If the seller doesn't deliver the goods, the consumer provides a reasonable amount of time for the seller to deliver the goods.
If the selling party doesn't deliver the goods in time provided by the consumer, the consumer may withdraw the contract according to a civil code. If the consumer withdraws the contract the seller is obligated to return the money the consumer paid fot the goods.
Addressed vendor have not chosen an opportunity to react yet, therefore we have to close this complaint.
