Hello.I want to cancel membership I have on your dating site.I was sending emails twice for explanation but I could not understand it.What is the procedure for getting this done and closing account?Thank you in advance.

If a costumer concludes a contract via internet, the customer has a rigth to withdraw from the conctract within 14 days of the provision of the service.

According to the terms and conditions of the company, the paid VIP membership can be canceled by sending an unambiguous announcement (f.e. a letter sent via mailbox, e-mail, or the costumer may use the contact form that can be found on the webside) at least one week before the expiration of this paid membership. The termination notice has to include a user name used in the account and it has to be adressed to the operator of the portal:
