I could see on this page that You receive lots of complains on this supplier. If You could help me as well with Your advice.
On 2nd of April via web page https://pasnyy.myshoplaza.com I ordered 2pcs of TOMMY HILFIGER leather jackets in total amount of 111 EUR. But today came two peaces of something like T-shirts, definitelly not leather jackets.
Right away I wrote email to the supplier on email I've got, but no answer yet.

Complaints are resolved according to Czech law through the platform "VašeStížnosti.cz". In this case, the contract between the consumer and the company isn't governed by Czech law, because the consumer is from Croatia and Badoo Trading Limited is an English company.
We recommend the consumer to contact the European Consumer Center (https://evropskyspotrebitel.cz/en/).
The company has been informed of the complaint, but unfortunately has not yet expressed an interest in commenting on the case. Since the "VašeStížnosti.cz" service operates on the principle of mutual voluntariness, we are forced to close the complaint.
